As a cloud-based practice we do not have in-person meetings at our offices. However, if you are local to West Kirby or the surrounding area, we will be happy to visit your premises or meet locally.

The practice is regulated and supervised by AAT in line with UK anti-money laundering legislation. Before any work can be undertaken, two forms of ID must be provided for our identity verification and validation checks.

Yes, we certainly can through our catch-up service.
We will get you to scan all documents over to us using our secure portal and we will then organise and process into the correct months and analysed to the correct expense type.
When you sign up as a client, we will invite you to join a secure portal, Client Engager. All documents can be uploaded and share via this portal.
No, Sandstone Bookkeeping Ltd does not provide payroll services, however, if you are a client of ours, we can help you find a suitable payroll bureau through our network.
Simply put, we don’t enjoy that part of accounting. We much prefer helping businesses understand their finances and help them with their day-to-day operations rather than doing tax returns.

All our fees are issued in advance with invoices sent on the 1st of the month. Our payment terms are 7 days.
